The Lao Tizer Band makes their debut with a high-energy performance celebrating their new album and video release, AMPLIFY. This exciting new project marks a major evolution for the group, featuring five original vocal tracks and four original instrumentals. Recorded and filmed live at the legendary EastWest Studios in Hollywood with a seven-camera shoot, AMPLIFY showcases the band’s dynamic sound and world-class talent.
Led by pianist, keyboardist, and “Best New Jazz Artist” nominee Lao Tizer, the group blends jazz with soul, pop, and global influences to create a powerful, genre-crossing experience. Joining Tizer on stage are platinum-selling American Idol star Elliott Yamin (vocals), GRAMMY-winning drummer Gene Coye (Hiromi, Terence Blanchard), and acclaimed Senegalese bassist Cheikh N’Doye (Baaba Maal, Weedie Braimah).
