EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS
EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS
Jumpstart Learning Through Play at the Clay Center!
Discover the joy of early childhood development with our exciting programs designed just for little learners and their grown-ups! Through our programs—BookBuds Storytime, Storytime Theater, and Open Studio—children get to play, learn, and grow with us. Every moment is a chance to spark curiosity and build bright futures!
BOOKBUDS STORYTIME
BookBuds is a cozy, engaging storytime designed especially for young children. Each session features a carefully chosen children’s book followed by a hands-on activity that brings the story to life—like making art inspired by the book’s themes or characters. These experiences help build early literacy, spark creativity, and support emotional and social development in a calm, playful environment.
WED | FRI | SAT — 11AM-12PM
STORYTIME THEATER
In Storytime Theater, books become mini-performances! Educators guide children through an interactive storytelling experience where the audience becomes part of the show. Kids are invited to act out characters, explore simple props or costumes, and participate in movement-based storytelling. This program builds confidence, encourages imagination, and introduces the joy of performance in a low-pressure, child-friendly format.
THUR | SAT — 1:00PM
