Early Explorers - Penguin and Pinecone by Salina Yoon

Set off on a heartwarming winter adventure with Penguin and Pinecone! Children will explore themes of friendship, kindness, and caring for others as they follow Penguin's story. Then, we'll bring a little nature-inspired creativity to the table by transforming pipe cleaners into pinecones of our own. Little explorers will practice shaping, twisting, and creating while discovering the wonders of the winter world.

Early Explorers invites our youngest Explorers to discover the world through stories, music, play, and hands-on activities! Each month features a new theme with engaging experiences designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and introduce early learning concepts.

Ideal for ages 1–6, but all are welcome. Free with museum admission.

Early Explorers may not occur on select dates due to special events or programming. Please speak with the Box Office upon arrival for the most up-to-date schedule.
