Book of the Week: There’s a Monster in Your Book by Tom Fletcher

This week at BookBuds Storytime features There’s a Monster in Your Book by Tom Fletcher, an interactive, laugh-out-loud story that gets little ones shaking, tilting, and turning the pages to help solve a monster-sized problem.

Held in our warm and welcoming Interactive Art Space inside the Juliet Art Museum, BookBuds combines early literacy, child development, and caregiver connection in a creative setting.

After the story, families will create their own Monster Straw Paintings, using blown paint techniques to design silly, one-of-a-kind monsters inspired by the book.

Perfect for little ones, this screen-free experience encourages learning through movement and play.

Ideal for ages 1–6, but all are welcome. Free with museum admission.
