Book of the Week: Animal Snuggles by Aimee Reid

This week at BookBuds Storytime features Animal Snuggles by Aimee Reid, a sweet, lullaby-like nonfiction picture book that introduces young children to the ways animals show love and care for one another.

Through gentle rhymes and simple animal facts, little ones will meet bears, bunnies, lions, otters, and more while exploring themes of connection and belonging.

Held in our warm and welcoming Interactive Art Space inside the Juliet Art Museum, BookBuds combines early literacy, child development, and caregiver connection in a creative setting.

After the story, enjoy a themed hands-on activities inspired by the animals in the book.

Perfect for little ones, this screen-free experience encourages learning through movement and play.

Ideal for ages 1–6, but all are welcome. Free with museum admission.
