This week at BookBuds Storytime, we’re getting up and moving with Can You Do This?: An Imagination Play Book by Megan Roy!

This imaginative and interactive picture book transforms storytime into a joyful movement adventure. From hopping like a bunny to stretching tall like the sky, each page invites children to participate, building coordination, counting skills, and confidence through playful motion.

Held in our warm and welcoming Interactive Art Space inside the Juliet Art Museum, BookBuds combines early literacy, child development, and caregiver connection in a creative setting.

After the story, enjoy a themed hands-on activities and a take-home craft inspired by the book’s energetic spirit.

Perfect for little ones with big wiggles, this screen-free experience encourages learning through movement and play.

Ideal for ages 1–6, but all are welcome. Free with museum admission.
