BookBuds Storytime - Bartholomew and the Oobleck

Book of the Week: Bartholomew and the Oobleck

This week’s BookBuds Storytime features Bartholomew and the Oobleck by Dr. Seuss, a whimsical tale about a king who wishes for something new to fall from the sky and gets more than he bargained for! When a sticky green goo called Oobleck begins to cover the kingdom, young hero Bartholomew helps everyone discover that even the biggest problems can be solved with simple words and a little kindness.

This engaging, drop-in program encourages early literacy, fine motor skills, and caregiver connection, all in our Interactive Art Space located in the Juliet Art Museum, a warm and welcoming environment perfect for young learners.

After the story, stick around to create your own oobleck inspired by this sticky, silly adventure!

Ideal for ages 1–6, but all are welcome. Free with museum admission.

BookBuds Storytime may not occur on select dates due to special events or programming. Please speak with the Box Office upon arrival for the most up-to-date schedule.
