Clay Center Presents Fall 2016 season ticket packages on sale now
(Charleston, W.Va.) 7/13/16 – Featuring a classic American rock band, one of the world’s foremost rock pianists, a musical parodist and a public radio staple, the Clay Center Presents Fall 2016 performance season is full of fantastic acts.
The shows included in the season ticket package are:
- Brandi Carlile, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 7:30 p.m. – Listen to the unique sounds of this alternative country and folk singer with songs like “The Story” and “Keep the Heart Young.”
- “Weird Al” Yankovic, Thursday, Sept. 22, 7:30 p.m. – He is known for creating some of the best musical parodies of our time. Don’t miss favorites like “White & Nerdy,” “Eat It” and “Word Crimes.”
- Ben Folds, Thursday, Oct. 6, 7:30 p.m. – This ‘90s favorite is known as one of the world’s foremost rock pianists. See him perform hits from his solo collection and his time with the Ben Folds Five.
Special add-on events are:
- Mountain Stage with Larry Groce feat. Foy Vance, Amanda Shires and more, Sunday, Oct. 16, 7 p.m. – Enjoy Mountain Stage in an intimate setting as you sit on the Clay Center stage and listen to artists like popular alternative folk rocker Foy Vance. More artists to be announced at a later date.
- ZZ Top, Wednesday, Nov. 9, 7:30 p.m. – See one of America’s best known rock bands live! Come dance along to favorites like “Sharp Dressed Man,” “Gimme All Your Lovin’” “and “Legs.”
- Video Games Live co-presented with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Saturday, Feb. 11, 8 p.m. – Experience video games like never before. Watch as lights, video, orchestral music and audience interaction combine to place you within your favorite games!
Only season ticket holders can buy tickets now for special event performances by Mountain Stage with Larry Groce feat. Foy Vance, Amanda Shires and more, ZZ Top and Video Games Live. Season ticket packages start at $75 and include the best seats at the best price – a 15% discount on season shows. Other benefits include the first chance to buy seats before the general public for any new performances added during the Fall season and first opportunity to renew seats for the Clay Center Presents Spring 2017 season.

Season ticket packages are on sale now. Current season ticket holders have until Tuesday, July 26 at 5 p.m. to renew and receive seating priority.

Single tickets for all Clay Center Presents Fall 2016 performances will go on sale to the general public Monday, August 8 at 10 a.m. Clay Center members and donors with performance benefits can buy tickets during a special presale beginning Wednesday, August 3 at 10 a.m.
