Sip and Savor – Ichiban

Guests can select which tasting they will attend when purchasing on the Clay Center’s website. Spots are limited, so get your ticket while they last! Each tasting will also include a presentation and discussion on the featured bourbons and their history, given by a brand representative or local talent. All events will take place from 6:00 – 8:00PM. While making your ticket purchase, you will be prompted to list any additional guests in your party so we may do our best to seat you together. No physical tickets will be mailed.
What You Get with Your Reservation
- Four customized food selections expertly chosen to pair with four E.H. Taylor bourbons – E.H. Taylor Small Batch, E.H. Taylor Single Barrel, E.H. Taylor Straight Rye, and E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof.
- A specialty craft cocktail created by the restaurant.
- Presentation and discussion on the featured bourbons and their history, given by local talent.
