Rug Hooking Workshop

Ages 8 and up

Learn traditional rug making techniques by creating a bag! In this workshop you will learn how to pull fabric strips with a hook to make loops, change colors and direction resulting in a creative, personal design! This class will teach you how to rug hook with non-traditional and recycled materials. Students will even be able to leave with a unique project at the end of session. Recycling, history, math and art will all be part of the class, join artist Susan Feller to learn the art of rug hooking!
