Brighten up your holidays this year at the Clay Center for our Festival of Lights! Join us in candle decorating, exploring seasonal cultural traditions, and delving into the science behind illumination every Saturday between November 26^th & December 17^th during our Holly Days celebrations that will also include a special guest from the North Pole!

Mark your calendars now!  Throughout December we’ll also be challenging visitors with special seasonal engineering challenges in our new Inventor’s Lab and exploring the Winter constellations under the dome of the newly renovated Caperton Planetarium and Theater! Join us again from December 26^th – December 30^th for our family friendly STEM-based Winter Wonderlabs! And don’t forget to celebrate the end of 2022 with a bang by coming to our smash Noon Year’s Eve Party on December 31^st, in addition to the normal festivities, this year will include a special presentation recapping the biggest science headlines of 2022 in the planetarium!
