In Ron’s workshop he will teach advanced (but not necessarily difficult) techniques that are indicative to his style of contemporary Piedmont Blues. Though all students could benefit and gain enjoyment from Ron’s overview of techniques that he employs to play traditionals like Amazing Grace, Careless Love or One Dime Blues and make them his own, the students who will gain the most will have a basic understanding of guitar technique (holding, strumming, fretting, basic chord shapes and fluidly changing between them).
