As the Collectors Club anticipates commissioning an artist to design and install a sculpture in the Clay Center’s newly reimagined Susan Runyan Maier Sculpture Garden, we have engaged sculptor and Virginia Tech Professor Emeritus Steve Bickley to present a webinar on Wednesday, February 10th at 6 pm to discuss public sculptures and sculpture gardens.

Bickley is a very accomplished visual artist with recent work that includes fabricating sculpture for world-renowned architect and engineer, Santiago Calatrava, and working as an assistant to American sculptor Beverly Pepper until she died in early 2020.
