Chairman’s Guild, a giving society established in 2011, provides an avenue for individuals looking to make a philanthropic difference in West Virginia by supporting the Clay Center’s daily operations, programs, exhibits, and performances.
Guild members are committed to the Clay Center’s mission of inspiring creativity, learning, and wonder though experiences in the arts and sciences. Whether enjoying world-class performances, interacting with exciting art and science exhibits, experiencing a show in the planetarium, or taking part in a workshop or lecture, thousands are inspired because of the generosity of the Chairman’s Guild.
Chairman’s Guild membership begins with a gift of at least $15,000. With no tangible benefits, participation in the Guild is a tax-deductible donation that supports annual operations and ensures that WV children and families can explore and learn together at the Clay Center.
While members receive no tangible benefits, participation in Chairman’s Guild includes:
- Ability to establish a Box Office Credit, which allows for the convenient purchase of performance tickets.
- Clay Center concierge to assist with ticket purchases, exchanges, and hospitality needs.
- Access to the Founders Lounge on performance nights.
- Annual parking pass.
- Invitations to exhibit receptions, donor events, and annual Three Cheers! donor celebration.
If you’re passionate about the arts and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) education, and looking to make a transformational difference in the lives of countless West Virginians, contact Kathy Bush for more information about joining Chairman’s Guild.
