This dynamic space, located in our main lobby area, hosts a variety of changing, temporary science exhibits throughout the year, and allows the Clay Center to provide new and exciting hands-on experiences for our members and guests.

Little Builders

Create, play, and learn as you explore construction, motion, and simple machines. Operate a child-sized crane to hook, lift, and move objects and materials. Send blocks down a hand-operated conveyor belt. Build structures with blocks, pipes and gears, while learning about size, weight, shape, balance and gravity. This exhibit is so much fun we just had to bring it back!
