Guest Services Representative - Part-Time


The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing outstanding guest services to Clay Center guests. Guest Service Representatives are cross-trained to provide customer service and operations support to the Digital Dome and box office teams. Community Learning Center Team Leader
This position will assist site coordinator with overseeing students (grades 6-12) who attend The Clay Center’s after school 21st Century Community Learning sites in certain Boone County Schools (Madison Middle School, Sherman Jr. High School, and Van Jr./Sr. High School). Team Leaders will primarily spend time assisting their assigned team. Team Leaders will be assigned to a team of students and begin each after school session talking with the students about their day and then determining what the students homework needs are for each evening. Team leaders will maintain tracking logs to record academic progress of each student and steer them to the appropriate academic remediation software, and tutor as needed.
