It’s out-of-this-world fun as you explore the cosmos with us and the Kanawha County Public Library! Take a walk through our solar system as you learn about the planets and our sun. Get creative as you design a rocket or make your own planet pendant necklace. Check out our water rocket launches throughout the afternoon and see if you have what it takes to be an astronaut in our Astronaut Training Lab. We are also partnering with the Kanawha County Public Library for their summer reading program kickoff. Stop by and sign up to be part of “Reading is a Blast!” and get in on a chance to design your own rocket with the NASA IV & V Resource Center (space limited). All activities are included with gallery admission, which is free for members or just $6.00 for children and $7.50 for adults.
