CLAY CENTER ACCESS FUND

Thanks to the generosity of numerous foundation and individual donors including Equitable Resources, Edward Maier, Ebay Foundation, GEARUP and others, the Clay Center has established an Access Fund to pay for admission and a portion of transportation costs to Classroom in the Clay Center programs. If your school is interested in visiting the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences - West Virginia and would like more information about obtaining this funding, please complete the pre-registration form below.  Our group reservations coordinator will contact you to make arrangements for your school to visit the Clay Center. 

Access Funds are available on a first come-first serve basis in the following amounts:

Boone, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Wayne and Wyoming Counties: 
Maximum of $1500 per school:  Up to $500 for transportation and $1000 for admission costs.  Schools MUST attend a Classroom in the Clay Center Program to be eligible for funding.

All other West Virginia Counties: 
Maximum of $1000 per school:  Up to $300 for transportation and $700 for admission costs.  Schools MUST attend a Classroom in the Clay Center Program to be eligible for funding.
