- Classrooms are rented “as is” with one standard setup.

- The Terrace may not be rented if functions are already scheduled in Maier Foundation Hall or Benedum Grand Lobby.

Full Museum Standard Rate: $1,200
- Museum rentals are for non-public hours only.
- Some limitations on food and drink may apply dependent on museum exhibit.
- Additional security is required. (additional fee will apply)

Premium Rate: $1,000
- Museum Rental is for non-public hours only.
- No food or drink allowed in interactive exhibits in any of the areas.
- A four-hour minimum is required.
- Café rental is for non-public hours only.
