• Fees are by the day, although in some circumstances multiple users per day will be allowed (at no discount) when the scheduling permits.

• Fees do not include catering services
• Additional fees may apply for:
  • Rental of tables and chairs
  • Room setup and take down
  • House management and security services
  • House technical services
  • IATSE labor costs
  • Rental of equipment
  • Ticketing services

Clay Center Classrooms

Standard Rate:    $100 (per two-hour minimum)

• A two-hour minimum is required. Rates are based per classroom

Juliet Museum of Art     

• Museum rentals are for non-public hours only. 
• Some limitations on food and drink may apply dependent on museum exhibit.
• Additional security is required. (additional fee will apply)

• Museum rental is for non-public hours only. 
• No food or drink allowed in interactive exhibits in any of the areas.

Intermezzo Cafe     

• A four-hour minimum is required.
• Café rental is for non-public hours only.
