Performer’s Lounge • Front House Manager • Ticket Setup

• Fees are by the day, although in some circumstances multiple users per day will be allowed (at no discount) when the scheduling permits.
• Fees do not include the use of WVSO piano or other WVSO equipment or piano tuning services.
• Fees do not include catering services

   Additional fees may apply for:
    • Rental of tables and chairs
    • Room setup and take down
    • House management and security services
    • House technical services
    • IATSE labor costs
    • Rental of equipment
    • Ticketing services
    • Ushers
    • Charleston Fire Department 
     * Application of the above fees is on a per-rental basis

Founders’ Lounge     


• A four-hour minimum is required. The cost of additional hours over the minimum is based on a per-hour rate.
• Fees do not include catering services or the rental of tables and chairs.

NOTE: The lobby may not be rented when the Maier Foundation Performance Hall is rented for a separate performance function.

Clay Center Classrooms

A two-hour minimum is required. Rates are based per classroom.

  

Juliet Museum of Art     

• Museum rentals are for non-public hours only. 
• Some limitations on food and drink may apply dependent on museum exhibit.
• Additional security is required. (additional fee will apply)

Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation
Science Center

• Museum Rental is for non-public hours only. 
• No food or drink allowed in interactive exhibits in any of the areas.		  

Intermezzo Cafe


• A four-hour minimum is required.
• Café rental is for non-public hours only.
