Guest Services Manager
Oversee all aspects of Box Office operations. Supports the financial objectives from museum attendance, membership, cash management and performances of the Clay Center and West Virginia Symphony Orchestra by leading staff in achieving sales goals, defining and implementing ticketing and customer service policies, documenting and reporting sales, maintaining ticketing system and managing ticket inventory. Will enhance the visitor experience while adhering to established Clay Center standards. Reports to Clay Center Marketing Director. The Clay Center Box Office team seeks outgoing, sales-oriented persons for full & part time customer service representative positions. Duties include greeting guests, providing information and accurately processing ticket transactions. Requires excellent verbal/written communication. Applicants must work effectively in a multi-task environment and be detail oriented. Strong computer skills are necessary.
